The Book
Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken
by Lynette Wing RN, HHP
There is an old Hebrew word for peace, shalom, and it means far more than quiet. It means wholeness. Nothing missing, nothing broken. This book is an invitation to see your body, your story, and your healing through that lens.
Ask Lynette About the BookWhat Is This Book About?
Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken is about whole-person healing. It follows one central conviction: you are not a collection of malfunctioning parts. You are a whole person, Spirit, Soul, and Body, designed to work as one. When something feels off, your body is not betraying you. It is speaking to you.
Across its chapters, the book braids three threads that are usually kept apart. The wisdom of Scripture. The gentle logic of classical homeopathy. And what modern science is learning about the nervous system and the stories our biology carries forward. Read together, they tell one story: renewal happens at the root, not at the surface.
You will not find a quick fix in these pages. You will find something better, a slower and more honest way of understanding why you feel the way you feel, and a path back toward steadiness. Survival contracts. Shalom expands.
Who Is This Book For?
This book was written for the person who has tried, and tried faithfully, and still feels like a stranger in their own body.
- You have chased symptoms for years and never been given a satisfying "why"
- You sense that your physical health, your emotional life, and your faith are connected, and you want language for it
- You are carrying patterns, in your body or your family line, that you are ready to understand rather than repeat
- You are drawn to natural, gentle approaches and want to work with your body, not against it
- You are tired of managing life and ready to live it fully
You do not need a science background or a theology degree. You need honesty, a little patience, and a willingness to listen to what your body has been trying to say.
Healing in Order: Body, Soul, Spirit
One of the book's core frameworks is the healing order. Your Spirit leads. Your Soul interprets and tells the story. Your Body learns, and it is the most honest witness you have. When we honor that design, healing follows a sequence: stabilize the Body, soften the Soul, awaken the Spirit.
Chapter by chapter, the book walks through what that looks like in practice. How a nervous system stuck in survival keeps the whole house on alert. Why gentleness, not pressure, is what allows the body to release what it no longer needs. How old scripts get written, and how they get rewritten. This is not punishment. This is design.
As Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you" (John 14:27). The peace on offer is not a mood. It is a structure, a wholeness that can hold you even before your circumstances change.
A Book You Practice, Not Just Read
Lynette writes the way she works with clients: warm, unhurried, and practical. The chapters pause for reflection. Questions invite you to put a hand on your heart and notice what is true for you. The book closes with a guided program that turns its ideas into a daily rhythm, so the reading becomes a lived experience rather than information on a shelf.
This is education and encouragement, not a substitute for care from your own qualified practitioner. It will not hand you a protocol to force on your body. It will teach you to listen to it.
About the Author
Lynette Wing RN, HHP is a naturopathic and homeopathic practitioner and the founder of Renewal Health. Her work grew out of her own twelve-year health journey, which taught her that symptoms are not random. They are signals of deeper, system-level imbalance, and they respond to support rather than suppression.
Today she guides clients through root-cause, whole-person health support, blending functional analysis, naturopathic and homeopathic care, and nervous system regulation. Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken gathers the heart of that work into one place: the frameworks, the science, the Scripture, and the hope she shares around her own kitchen island. She is a wife, a mother of three, and a gatherer by nature, drawn to watching people reconnect with who they truly are.
